Fore.tv Free Round of Golf Sweepstakes – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fore.tv LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 4/20/2026 and ends on 10/01/26 (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
A. Online Entry (Newsletter Signup):
Enter by submitting your email address through the signup form on our website during the Entry Period.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without subscribing to the newsletter, email your full name and contact email to: info@fore.tv with the subject line “Sweepstakes Entry”.
All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) free round of golf at a participating course (approximate retail value: $100.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing every 30 days until the entry period ends.
Winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, email info@fore.tv after the Entry Period ends.
